FinXL is seeking an Associate Technical Business Analyst (CCM) to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading banking client on a key transformation engagement. As part of this role, you will be integrated into our award-winning FinXL Associate Program, designed to accelerate the careers of emerging consultants through structured mentorship, professional development, and hands-on experience within Tier-1 client environments.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Product Owner in managing and refining the CCM team backlog
Assist in translating business requirements into technical user stories
Participate in all Scaled Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning
Help maintain alignment between business goals and technical delivery
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sprint execution
Assist in documenting system processes and technical workflows
Support the delivery of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions
Requirements:
Foundational understanding of Business Analysis or Product Ownership
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe)
Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and output quality
Exposure to Customer Communication Management (CCM) tools like SmartComm
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Business, or a related field
