Job Description:

FinXL is seeking an Associate Technical Business Analyst (CCM) to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading banking client on a key transformation engagement. As part of this role, you will be integrated into our award-winning FinXL Associate Program, designed to accelerate the careers of emerging consultants through structured mentorship, professional development, and hands-on experience within Tier-1 client environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Product Owner in managing and refining the CCM team backlog
  • Assist in translating business requirements into technical user stories
  • Participate in all Scaled Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning
  • Help maintain alignment between business goals and technical delivery
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sprint execution
  • Assist in documenting system processes and technical workflows
  • Support the delivery of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions

Requirements:

  • Foundational understanding of Business Analysis or Product Ownership
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe)
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and output quality
  • Exposure to Customer Communication Management (CCM) tools like SmartComm
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Business, or a related field
