The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, possess strong communication skills, and have a thorough understanding of supply chain management technologies.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, helping them implement and optimize Blue Yonder's solutions
  • Work with clients to customize solutions based on their specific needs and industry requirements
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices and effective use of Blue Yonder's products
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business processes, and aligning our solutions to meet their objectives
  • Act as a liaison between customers and Blue Yonder's product development team, providing valuable feedback to help improve our solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical support or advisory role, preferably within the supply chain management or software industry
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
