Associate Tax Manager

• Review federal and state tax returns for accuracy and compliance before submission to third-party providers
• Prepare and analyze tax provisions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
• Generate detailed reports and perform tax calculations to support corporate filings
• Collaborate with internal teams to finalize tax documentation and provisions
• Participate in year-end tax processes, including thorough reviews and provision adjustments
• Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office, Oracle, Hyperion, and Workiva for tax reporting and calculations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ASC 740 and apply it to tax-related tasks
• Ensure timely completion of quarterly and yearly tax provisions
• Serve as an individual contributor, making an immediate impact with minimal training required
• Assist the team in managing complex tax structures and processes efficiently

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, economics, or finance from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years of tax experience, preferably in a consumer products or multinational environment
• In-depth knowledge of ASC 740 and corporate tax regulations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Oracle, Hyperion, and Workiva
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
