Since 2004, we've had one clear goal: to make payments and money management effortless for every business in Europe. Today, more than 300,000 companies use Mollie to get paid, manage money and grow – with products designed to be simple, scalable, and dependable. With 950+ Mollies across 14+ locations, we care deeply about autonomy and craft. So we work in small teams, with real ownership, and we trust you to make the right decisions. We're building for the long term, so we provide the tools you need, processes you can rely on, and a balanced work environment to help you do work you're proud of. Tax at Mollie isn't a back-office function — it's a core part of how we scale responsibly across Europe. As Associate Tax Manager, you'll sit at the heart of that, working closely with the Tax Manager to keep Mollie compliant, efficient and ready for whatever comes next. This role spans the full breadth of tax: VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, Employment taxes and beyond. You'll get real ownership over day-to-day compliance while also contributing to bigger-picture work — new markets, new products, M&A activities and the ongoing build-out of our tax function. You'll be embedded in a collaborative finance team and work across various stakeholders across the company to make sure tax is understood and applied well across the business. If you're someone who likes to get things done, learns fast and wants to grow with a company that's moving quickly, this is the role for you.
