Provides administrative support to recruitment consultants, including updating job boards and managing candidate applications for the Professional Talent Solutions

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintains and updates company job board accounts, ensuring vacancies for managerial and specialist roles are posted in a timely and accurate manner across various platforms
  • Prepares and distributes contracts and offer letters for successful candidates, ensuring all legal and company requirements are met
  • Facilitates communication between recruitment consultants and other departments, such as finance or HR, to ensure a smooth operational processes
  • Participates in candidate engagement initiatives, such as webinars or information sessions
  • Prepares hiring managers for interviews by providing candidate profiles and highlighting key qualifications that matches the job requirements
  • Generates regular reports on recruitment activities around engineering, IT, health, finance, sales and marketing, HR, legal, office and administrative support roles, analyzing trends and providing insights for improvement
  • Helps track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate drop-off rates
