Drafts and post job advertisements for professional roles on various job boards, social media, and company websites to reach a diverse pool of candidates
Manages all recruitment-related administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and correspondence
Schedules and coordinates interviews between candidates and hiring managers and takes initiatives to improve the operational administrative processes
Assists in preparing client proposals, presentations, and recruitment reports, to ensure consultants have all necessary materials for client meetings
Maintains accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to support the staffing process
