Job Responsibility:
Maintains and updates company job board accounts, ensuring vacancies for operational roles are posted in a timely and accurate manner across various local platforms
Prepares and distributes contracts and offer letters for successful candidates, ensuring all legal and company requirements are met
Facilitates communication between recruitment consultants and other departments, such as finance or HR, to ensure smooth operations process
Participates and provides administrative supports for local candidate engagement initiatives, for both online and offline activities, such as seminars or information sessions
Prepares hiring managers for interviews by providing candidate profiles and highlighting key qualifications that matches the job requirements
Generates regular reports on recruitment activities around logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail roles, analyzing trends and providing insights for improvement
Helps track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate drop-off rates
