We are partnering with one of our clients to find an addition to their TA team. Candidates MUST have experience recruiting for talent in the investment management/asset management/wealth management space. The role requires a passion for stakeholder management, high quality client service and a high-touch candidate experience.
Job Responsibility:
partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to define needs, tailor recruitment strategies, and drive the end-to-end hiring process
sourcing, engaging and assessing appropriate talent
utilizing data-driven insights to refine recruiting strategies and enhance hiring outcomes
be a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and a collaborative member of the TA team
Requirements:
at least 5 years' recruiting experience in financial services
expertise in sourcing candidates using multiple platforms
demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
