Under limited supervision, Responsible for sourcing, screening and recommending candidates as well as onboarding new hires. Identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with the managers, identify potential “fit” through effective interviewing and testing, effectively administer the interviewing and onboarding process, and ensure a positive new hire experience. Represent the company at recruiting events. Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.
Job Responsibility:
Support a variety of recruitment processes from start to finish, managing a high volume of end-to-end recruitment activity
Post new jobs on our internal careers page as well as external job boards, ensuring that adverts are accurate and fit for their purpose and audience
Handle general recruitment queries from hiring managers, external providers, and associates
Proactively monitor recruitment campaigns throughout their application period, feeding back on low application rates or other concerns
Ensure that applicants personal details are added to and are correctly recorded in our ATS
Correctly manage a variety of key stakeholder relationships, managing expectations based on workload and volumes
Support candidates with their preparation of interviews, providing them with interview confirmations, job descriptions, and answering any questions they have about the process
Respond to recruiting-related inquiries from internal or external candidates on various topics such as application status, recruiting process or scheduling-related questions
Requirements:
Speak Dutch, French and English
Previous experience is highly desirable (ideally in recruitment or sales)
Confidence when speaking to a variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally
The ability to successfully juggle multiple projects simultaneously and at different stages
The ability to work under pressure and in accordance with tight timescales
