Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate System Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Windows Administration and Cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and be comfortable working in a dynamic 24/7 support environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide system administration and support for Windows-based environments
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot infrastructure and cloud services (Azure)
  • Perform routine system checks, updates, and patch management
  • Respond to incidents, service requests, and escalations in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
  • Document procedures, configurations, and resolutions for knowledge sharing
  • Participate in on-call rotations and shift-based support schedules

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Windows Server Administration
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (VMs, storage, networking, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment

Nice to have:

  • Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash)
  • Exposure to ticketing and monitoring tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Azure Monitor)
  • Understanding of virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware)
