Job Responsibility:

  • Devise and deliver practical and economical solutions to engineering problems
  • Produce designs, documentation, specifications, fee proposals, reports, and other documentation to meet client requirements for projects of reasonable complexity
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients as well as maintain industry awareness
  • Independently stay up to date with advancements in engineering methodologies
  • Management of medium to large scale projects including pricing, tender submissions, technical documentation, project scheduling and monitoring progress, resourcing, meeting deadlines and budgets
  • Contribute to the overall management and profitability of projects
  • Assist in management of work from financial, technical, and contractual aspects
  • Guide colleagues on best practices and sharing technical expertise within TTW

Requirements:

  • 8+ years’ relevant experience in engineering design within a consulting environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
  • CPEng
  • Working knowledge and understanding of BCA requirements and relevant Australian standards.
