Job Description:

MantraCare is hiring Associate Strategic Initiatives in Delhi to join our team and help drive business strategies that enable sustainable growth. MantraCare is a leading provider of digital mental health solutions, offering personalized services to enhance the well-being of individuals.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in the development and execution of business strategies aimed at driving growth and profitability
Support market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and new initiatives
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements to optimize business performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals
Help in the preparation of presentations and reports for leadership meetings
Coordinate and manage business growth-related projects
Ensure operational efficiency and contribute to decision-making processes

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or related field
2+ years of experience in strategy, business growth, or similar roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
