In this role, you will be part of the North Asia Strategic Finance team that covers Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan, and will report to the Head of Finance, North Asia Mobility . You will be partnering with CEOs/GMs, Local and Central Operations, Strategy & Planning, and various functional teams, while working in close collaboration with the rest of North Asia, APAC and Global Mobility Finance teams. There will be a high degree of P&L ownership in this role. In this position, you will be driving strategic analysis and insights to influence finance and business leaders around product portfolio, competitive dynamics, marketplace investments and engagement levers, rider and driver operations. In addition, you will help the team in setting and delivering targets, through forecasting, reporting and analysis efforts, but also building the right financial discipline across multiple initiatives. Besides FP&A, you will also have the opportunity to participate in key regional strategic projects and establish ROI processes for capital allocation across the region.

Requirements:
BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics are highly preferred
3+ years of proven experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital or Management Consulting with experience of Financial modeling
Strong analytical skills
Elite Excel/Google Sheet skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Self-starter
Attention to detail and ability to execute in a fast-paced environment
