The role of the Strategic Account Management function is to develop, maintain, and enhance meaningful partnerships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts. Acting as the primary contact for the delivery of ResMed training, services, and products, this role helps patients achieve better sleep outcomes while driving business growth. You will work closely with the Strategic Account Manager to execute growth strategies, monitor performance, and share insights that improve partner and patient results. A collaborative, inquisitive, and customer-focused approach is highly valued. This position is an ideal stepping stone for professionals aspiring to become a Key Account Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Support and facilitate delivery of ResMed’s products and services through partner accounts to ensure optimal patient outcomes and competitive market positioning
Handle a diverse range of partner activities, including: Product enquiries, Product training, Service requests, Sales follow-up, Promotional activities
Utilize extensive knowledge of the sleep apnea therapeutic area to problem-solve patient and partner queries and train partner staff on ResMed devices and products
Monitor and capture customer and partner feedback
collaborate with Strategic Account Manager to optimize sales
Conduct periodic store visits and share market insights to inform broader strategies and tactics
Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless service delivery and strong relationships with partners
Requirements:
Practical experience in the sleep field, either retail or clinical, with patient-facing exposure (minimum 2–3 years)
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused, problem-solving nature
Ability to manage multiple, varied activities and articulate technical information to diverse stakeholders
