Job Description:

Join Wells Fargo's Technology Finance team within the Commercial Bank's Sponsor Credit group, responsible for underwriting and portfolio management within the software/technology vertical for primarily sponsor-backed clients.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with portfolio management and credit underwriting activities
Perform transaction due diligence, financial analysis and modeling, credit analysis and monitoring
Engage in regular client interaction and relationship management
Review credit agreements and other relevant loan documentation
Present credit and financial analysis to business leadership
Participate in business and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
Collaborate with peers and functional partners

Requirements:

2+ years of Mid-Corporate Portfolio Management experience
Experience in sponsor finance at a commercial bank, investment bank or finance company
Excellent proficiency in accounting and financial modeling
Strong analytical skills with heightened attention to detail and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
