MSP Operations / Talent Acquisition Analyst to support contingent workforce operations within the MSP program. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and hiring managers to ensure smooth operational delivery, reporting, and data analysis across workforce programs. This position requires strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and reporting capabilities to drive operational insights and maintain program efficiency.
Job Responsibility
Support end-to-end MSP operational activities across contingent workforce programs
Work closely with hiring managers, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment and process adherence
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to workforce activity, supplier performance, and operational metrics
Perform data analysis using Excel to identify trends, insights, and operational improvements
Monitor and maintain data accuracy across systems and reports
Assist in tracking requisitions, onboarding status, tenure tracking, and workforce metrics
Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives within the MSP program
Coordinate with vendor partners to ensure timely updates, compliance, and process adherence
