Job Responsibility

  • Conducts initial outreach to candidates, informing them of the available opportunities and assessing their interest for short-term and long-term operational job opportunities
  • Reviews and screens resumes to identify candidates that meet the job qualifications and company culture fit for the available operational roles
  • Conducts thorough initial screening calls with candidates to assess their qualifications, motivations, and cultural fit
  • Reaches out to passive and active candidates via phone, email, LinkedIn messages, as well as direct face-to-face interaction to discuss potential job opportunities, especially for short-term assignment
  • Conducts regular market analysis on contingent workers and operational roles staffing to stay informed on candidate availability, salary trends, and industry hiring practices
  • Participates in recruitment-related special projects, such as internship programs or job fairs for talents in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
  • Addresses issues that arise during the recruitment process and supports the actions for improvement
