Supports Talent Management related activities and processes through administrative tasks

Job Responsibility

  • Supports Talent Management related activities and processes through administrative tasks
  • Supports the delivery of consistent and efficient talent frameworks, policies, processes, and programmes in alignment with the global talent COE
  • Maintains program documentation, including plan descriptions, policies, guidelines, processes, and procedures
  • Performs talent management administration tasks within the team in order to support Talent COE priorities
  • Helps create project documentation (policies, toolkit/ guidelines, processes and procedures)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
