Under supervision, is responsible for a series of low complexity tasks, that contribute for the quality and assurance of the internal, external and legal processes, procedures and obligations
Job Responsibility:
Provide support to the payment calendar and dates
Support to control and monitor the employee and client checklist
Support on the validation of the internal HR Operations for external process and procedures
Guarantee that collects all the timesheets on time
Provides support to any administrative task related to employee, namely contracts, social security hiring/dismissal, declarations, responding to queries from employees and/or clients
Validates the accruals of vacations and absence days
Requirements:
Basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline
Ability to perform assignments using existing procedures
Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline
Works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding
