Job Description:

Under supervision, is responsible for a series of low complexity tasks, that contribute for the quality and assurance of the internal, external and legal processes, procedures and obligations

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide support to the payment calendar and dates
  • Support to control and monitor the employee and client checklist
  • Support on the validation of the internal HR Operations for external process and procedures
  • Guarantee that collects all the timesheets on time
  • Provides support to any administrative task related to employee, namely contracts, social security hiring/dismissal, declarations, responding to queries from employees and/or clients
  • Validates the accruals of vacations and absence days

Requirements:

  • Basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline
  • Ability to perform assignments using existing procedures
  • Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline
  • Works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
  • Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding
