Job Responsibility
Responsible for the timely onboarding and clearance of candidates across Randstad UK meeting all legal and client contractual requirements
Monitor and update and report on ongoing compliance for candidates currently engaged in assignment through Randstad UK
Provide updates on candidate clearance pipeline, and ongoing compliance candidates statuses
Communication with candidates through systems and phone to obtain compliance requirements
Building relationships with talents and internal stakeholders, providing an excellent service to all customers
Provide advice and guidance regarding compliance to candidates and internal stakeholders to improve the pace of candidate clearance
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of any legislative and contractual compliance requirements and changes
