Job Description:

Pandora is looking for an Associate Specialist to join the Global Legal Team based in the Global Office in Copenhagen. The role involves supporting the Legal function and internal/external stakeholders with various matters in two sub-teams: Corporate Legal & Supply and Intellectual Property & Brand Protection. The successful candidate will support legal counsels and independently handle various legal matters.

Job Responsibility:

  • Management, maintenance, and supervision of company registry database and related matters
  • Corporate governance matters, including Pandora’s insider list and Annual General Meeting
  • Management and administration of contract archive
  • Handling of Pandora’s corporate documents, as well as various contract work, i.e. contract reviews and non-disclosure agreements
  • Handling of other legal matters, i.e. drafting of opinions and memos, and others ad-hoc legal projects
  • IPR and Brand Protection related matters, incl. clearances and enforcement

Requirements:

  • Hold or will soon hold a Master of Laws or Master of Commercial Laws (cand.merc.jur.)
  • Proficient in both Danish and English, written as well as verbal
  • Ideally have experience with tasks like company registry database, corporate governance, contract archive, contract reviews, IPR and Brand Protection matters (advantage but not prerequisite)
  • Excel and Power Point proficiency would be a strong advantage
  • Proactive and helpful team-player with a can-do attitude
  • Flair for details and a structural approach to work
  • Curious and able to learn fast
  • Characterized by a positive attitude

Nice to have:

  • Experience with tasks like company registry database, corporate governance, contract archive, contract reviews, IPR and Brand Protection matters, e.g. from a student assistant role in a legal function
  • Excel and Power Point proficiency
