Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Test Engineer(Manual and Automation). You will be instrumental in upholding software quality across all stages of development, focusing on robust automated testing solutions. This role requires a proactive, adaptable team player who can successfully drive automation best practices and technical implementation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive automated test scripts for various processes, including regression, end-to-end, smoke, sanity, and complex calculations/payroll testing
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex software systems
  • Continuously monitor automated test suites, analyze test results, and troubleshoot defects in real-time
  • Configure and maintain test environments and automation frameworks, and collaborate with technical leads to evaluate and implement new test automation tools
  • Create high-quality documentation, including detailed test plans and low-level test cases
  • Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and work closely with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure comprehensive testing coverage

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years total experience in Quality Assurance
  • Mandatory experience in both automation and manual testing
  • Expertise with Selenium WebDriver
  • Proficiency in other open-source automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright, or Cypress)
  • Primary expertise in Windows and Web UI testing
  • Solid understanding of test automation best practices (e.g., Page Object Models)
  • Experience in API and mobile application testing is an added advantage
