Job Description

The Digital Flow & Network Billing Specialist is responsible for managing technical data flows across complex digital platforms and ensuring the accurate entry of recurring service provisions. This role focuses on high-volume processing and the resolution of technical rejections to ensure seamless financial operations and client payment cycles.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze and resolve rejections (orders, qualifications, contracts, invoicing, etc.) on Vendor Management Systems (VMS) platforms to unblock client payments
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and monitor system feedback to ensure data quality and technical compliance
  • Perform weekly entry of service invoices for CSR via PeopleSoft
  • Utilize adapted entry methods to maintain consistent weekly billing cycles
  • Manage the billing process for Side placements
  • Maintain high-volume processing standards, targeting consistent monthly invoice outputs
  • Execute self-billing and pre-billing processes within the Osmose system for a dedicated portfolio of clients
  • Ensure data compliance and integrity prior to invoice triggering to minimize disputes and credit notes
  • Manually upload invoices and supporting documentation to the Chorus Pro platform (public sector billing)
  • Validate and process placement cancellations within the Osmose Recrut module
  • Manage supplementary and special invoices
  • Ensure the management of consolidated invoicing for temporary staffing services (vacation) for the Appel Médical brand
  • Processing of standard Billing Department requests (reformatting/proformas/generation of invoices or credit notes)
  • Contribute to the optimization of administrative workflows and the update of client-specific billing procedure guides after expert validation.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Professional Experience: Proven experience in Sales Administration, Billing, or within the temporary staffing industry
  • European Timetable
  • IT Systems: High comfort level with business software (PeopleSoft, Osmose) and VMS platforms such as Pixid or Fieldglass
  • Billing: Strong understanding of billing mechanisms and the ability to detect and resolve anomalies
  • Mastery of the order-to-cash process
  • Google Workspace: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Sheets, Excel and Drive.
  • Organization: Ability to manage high-volume data flows and meet critical operational deadlines
  • Rigor: High level of accuracy and concentration when handling mass processing and technical rejections
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to quickly identify root causes of billing anomalies and technical rejects.
