The Partner Activation Associate will be responsible for owning the operational setup and coordination of new partnerships across National Sales, TPA, and Special Markets channels. Reporting to our VP of National Sales, this role ensures that partnership launches are executed seamlessly and efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and organize the partnership pipeline
Host monthly partnership review calls
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute the setup of new partnerships
Serve as the internal project manager for partnerships outside the scope of the Project Management team
Support sales representatives by handling operational setup and administrative coordination
Ensure all operational dependencies are completed and tracked for a seamless partner onboarding experience
Work across a wide range of partnership types
Requirements:
Highly motivated early-career professional
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions
Detail-oriented self-starter with a proactive mindset and problem-solving ability
Interest in financial services and partnerships preferred
Nice to have:
Prior project management or operations experience
Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Asana
Industry background in financial services and partnerships
