Job Description

As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will directly influence revenue by aligning customer needs with Keepit’s solutions. You’ll partner with Account Executives, customers, and partners to design solutions, deliver compelling demos, and validate technical fit. This role demands initiative. You’ll be trusted to operate independently, take ownership of your development, and quickly build credibility with customers. You will be expected to ramp up quickly and operate with a high level of autonomy.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver high-impact product demonstrations (remote and in-person)
  • Design and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) that move deals forward
  • Translate complex requirements into clear, effective solutions
  • Partner across Sales, Channel, and Customer teams throughout the sales cycle
  • Provide technical guidance on SaaS data protection and recovery
  • Manage pipeline activity and documentation in Salesforce
  • Support lead generation via events, webinars, and partner engagement
  • Feed customer insights back to Product teams
  • Build strong relationships with MSPs, resellers, and technical stakeholders
  • Contribute to RFIs, RFQs, and technical proposals
  • Support onboarding and ongoing success for customers and partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role
  • Proven technical experience in a relevant environment
  • Hands-on experience with 3+ relevant platforms/tools
  • Strong communication skills—translate technical into business value
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Analytical, solution-oriented mindset
  • Clear motivation to move into pre-sales / solution engineering
  • Self-starter: able to prioritise, execute, and learn independently
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, target-driven environments
  • Microsoft ecosystem: M365, Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics, Azure DevOps
  • SaaS applications: Salesforce, Jira, Okta, Zendesk, etc.
  • Core concepts: SaaS architecture, cloud computing, backup & recovery, cybersecurity, IAM
  • Pre-sales exposure: MEDDIC (or similar), demos, evaluations, or sales cycle support
