Keepit is hiring a Junior Solutions Engineer to join our team in Copenhagen, supporting Account Executives across the Nordic region. Job Responsibility
Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations both virtually and in person
Manage and implement Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure successful technical closure
Maintain Salesforce cadence with meticulous documentation
Support lead-generation initiatives, including events, webinars, and user groups
Collaborate with customers and partners to translate business objectives into technical solutions
Provide technical expertise on data protection through independent consultation with Keepit’s customers
Partner with the sales team to secure new clients and partners
Offer pre-sales support to customers evaluating Keepit's backup solution
Work closely with Product Management to relay customer feedback and insights
Requirements
A solid technical grounding, whether from an IT-related degree or hands-on professional experience in technology
A naturally communicative, confident, and outgoing personality
comfortable engaging customers and holding a room
The ability to work independently and manage your own workload in a fast-paced, high-growth environment as a motivated self-starter
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to diagnosing complex technical challenges
A talent for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, partners, and teammates alike
Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, and Dynamics 365
Fluency in English
additional Nordic languages are a strong advantage
Willingness to travel approximately 25–50% within the region
Nice to have
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services such as Power Apps, Power BI, or DevOps
Experience with other cloud-based SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Salesforce, Azure AD, or Zendesk
Any exposure to data backup, recovery, or cybersecurity concepts, even at a conceptual level
Previous experience in a customer-facing technical, support, or consultative role
