Job Description:

The Associate Solution Architect role at NTT DATA involves designing and developing MuleSoft applications, focusing on API management and integration patterns.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and develop MuleSoft applications and flows
  • Mule ESB setup and configuration
  • Design and develop MuleSoft core services (error handling, logging, monitoring & alerting)
  • Focus on developing reusable assets for identified use cases that are productized, discoverable, enabled for self-service, published and managed by the C4E
  • Implementation and unit testing of the identified Client use cases
  • Implement the required system API's
  • Implement process APIs and integration patterns, perform the necessary orchestrations and transformations
  • Implement the experience API’s
  • Configure API manager including API policies for the above use cases
  • Populate Anypoint Exchange with the above artifacts
  • Enable Client’s resources through development shadowing
  • Assist Client with deployment activities including validating CI/CD pipeline
  • Ensure the technical design aligns to overall enterprise architecture of the client and can scale with it

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8+ years of overall integration experience with 5+ years on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
  • Proven experience designing enterprise integration architectures and API ecosystems
  • Hands-on experience implementing integration patterns using REST / SOAP services, APIs, event streaming, and batch integrations
  • MuleSoft Architect / Developer Certifications preferred (Level 1 & 2 or Architect track)
  • Experience integrating enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Workday, CRM platforms, NetSuite, Siebel
  • Prior experience working in Agile / SAFe delivery models
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, governance, and API management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical – Able to break down complex enterprise and integration challenges into actionable architectures
  • Self-Driven Leader – Proactively drives innovation, alignment, and delivery within matrixed organizations
