You'll also work with our wider team on large complex deals, build up your own caseload and help our team to deliver a fantastic service to our clients. You will need: Strong commercial real estate experience with 3-5 years + PQE. A desire to enhance and build client relationships and exceed expectations. Excellent communication skills. A high degree of initiative and the ability to cope in a fast-moving environment. Excellent organisational and prioritising skills. How we work: We are committed to driving positive change in our communities, minimising our impact on the environment (we are B Corp certified), and ensuring an inclusive, diverse and supportive culture for our people. We want you to be part of this culture. We embrace agile working and offer a blended approach to where and how we work.
