Job Description

We have a diverse mix of real estate lawyers who are specialists in sectors ranging from Investment and Development through to Healthcare and Education. Our non-hierarchical approach within both the office and on transactions means our lawyers are client facing, empowered and given the opportunity to flourish within multi-disciplinary and supportive teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Working as part of a high-performing, friendly team providing assistance on all aspects of Real Estate work including acquisitions, disposals, secured lending, portfolio management work, development work and landlord and tenant matters
  • Initially, you will work with the wider team on a broad spectrum of transactional real estate matters
  • Build your own internal and external relationships
  • Collaborate with other offices on real estate projects
  • Work with our wider team on large complex deals
  • Build up your own caseload
  • Help our team to deliver a fantastic service to our clients

Requirements

  • Strong commercial real estate experience with 3-5 years + PQE
  • A desire to enhance and build client relationships and exceed expectations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A high degree of initiative and the ability to cope in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
