  • Managing a caseload including matters involving dishonesty, fraud, sexual misconduct, and serious concerns around professional performance
  • Presenting cases before panels and tribunals
  • Contributing to shaping cases that are presented at final hearings by working closely with other Capsticks’ lawyers and our regulatory clients
