My client are a top tier international law firm who are looking to add a corporate M&A lawyer to their highly regarded team in Dubai. With offices across Europe, Middle East and APAC this law firm are able to offer high quality cross border transactional work. This sector agnostic team act for a range from multinational corporates, private equity/venture capital/sovereign wealth funds, PE/VC backed companies and their portfolio companies on M&A (public & Private M&A), general corporate advisory/governance matters. Despite being sector agnostic, the team are experiencing an increase in TMT sector work.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Candidates upwards of 2PQE
  • UK or commonwealth qualified (Australia, New Zealand or South Africa)
