Associate Securities Operations Representative

• Support operational tasks for simple or routine securities
• Identify ways to improve the overall process
• Perform routine duties such as processing, reconciling transaction and research inquiries
• Review less complex documents
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues
• Interact with internal customers

• 6+ months of Security Operations experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Numerical skills
• Typing skills
• Good communication (read/write/speak)
• Basic understanding of US Securities market
• Understanding of Trade life cycle
