We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Associate – Sales to support the growth of Bolt.Earth’s EV charging solutions in Pune and surrounding markets. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, supporting the sales cycle, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth across both B2B and B2C segments in the EV ecosystem.
Job Responsibility:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential customers for EV charging solutions
Generate and qualify leads through field visits, networking, and inbound inquiries
Sales Support & Execution: Assist in managing the end-to-end sales process, including product presentations, proposals, and follow-ups
Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, fleet operators, businesses, and EV users
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable EV charging solutions
Market Development: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Support regional expansion of Bolt.Earth’s EV charging network
Sales Tracking & CRM: Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and deals in CRM tools
Track sales progress and share updates with the sales team
Cross-Team Coordination: Work with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and installation for customers
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
Experience in EV, automotive, energy, or technology products is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
Ability to understand customer needs and provide solution-oriented recommendations
Comfortable using CRM tools and tracking sales performance metrics
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Willingness to travel locally for meetings, site visits, and customer engagement
