As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.
Job Responsibility:
Understanding all products, surgical specialties and devices within the portfolio
Covering cases with existing surgeons and communicating outcomes, changes, and opportunities
Maintaining and troubleshooting equipment and conducting education in-services
Building and maintaining new and existing client relationships
Maintaining on-label usage of Baxter products
Understanding the industry and marketplace including competition
Working with RM, TBM, and KAM to develop a plan to reach financial goals and quotas
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience OR 4+ years of relevant sales or operating room environment experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and social skills
At least 50% travel required
Must live within the geography or be willing to relocate
