As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.
Job Responsibility:
Representing Baxter's Advanced Surgery portfolio in surgical suites within assigned geography
Developing a comprehensive understanding of Baxter products, surgical specialties, and devices
Covering surgical cases and communicating outcomes, opportunities, and updates to the TBM and NSM
Maintaining, troubleshooting, and educating customers on Baxter regulators and spray equipment
Conducting in-service trainings to support appropriate, on-label product usage
Building, managing, and growing strong relationships with new and existing customers
Monitoring industry trends and competitive activity to inform territory strategy
Partnering with sales leadership to execute action plans that drive territory performance and achieve sales goals
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience, or 4+ years of relevant sales or operating room experience
High school diploma or GED required
Strong interest in clinical education and surgical environments
Demonstrated sales competencies including sales effectiveness and accountability for results, product and clinical knowledge with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, business acumen and competitive awareness, collaboration across internal teams and customer groups
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the GTA and parts of Northern Ontario (minimal overnight travel required)
Residency within the territory or willingness to relocate
