You will be either be based out of our Boston, MA office or remote and will be expected to travel up to 25%. We believe there is a smarter, more data-driven way to make decisions in healthcare and our AI SaaS Platform enables that. You will have direct input into our mission to radically improve the outcomes for Cancer & Rare Disease patients globally. Enable our customers to push industry boundaries, as we pioneer into newly discovered fields and combine complex, multi-modal data for the first time! Job Responsibility:
Customer Relationship Building: Proactive engagement and relationship building with existing customers to support day-to-day utilization
Collaborate internally with colleagues in technical teams and supply chain to ensure our customers have their products when they need it, and their problems are solved swiftly
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell product lines and solutions, and partner with Sales to drive account expansion
Full contract management including renewal, changes and tenders
Customer stakeholder mapping to introduce SOPHiA GENETICS to more individuals and oncologists
Develop institution, test-specific materials with marketing support for institution advertising
Strategy and Customer Engagement: Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers
Attend customer/prospect webinars and report findings to strategic account director
Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements
Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales
Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs
Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to the strategic account director, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls
Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any goods or services
Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs
Collaborating with strategic account director to ensure the company's goals and targets are met
Requirements:
Advanced degree in business or related field
More than 1 year experience in sales or similar
Willing to hop on the phone with new people every single day and explain value proposition as it relates to each individual you speak with
Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts
Understanding business development success through effective use of core sales tools: ( e.g: Salesforce, Clari, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Google Apps, Microsoft Office
A good understanding of the products or services being sold and the ability to convey this information effectively to potential customers
Ability to create and deliver effective sales presentations using software (e.g: Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides)
Proficiency in conducting market research using online resources and databases to identify potential leads and assess market trends
