Job Responsibility:
Quality leads to marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities
Reach out to potential customers via cold calls and emails
Identify customer needs and assess whether they require customer care or sales support
Set up meetings and calls between customers and Account Executives
Stay up to date with product and changes
Utilise Salesforce and sales cadence management tools to effectively engage prospects
Work with the Account Executives on the ground in Australia and with US base teams collaboratively
Requirements:
Must have worked in Trades or Maintenance Companies with a passion for technology or worked for Saas/ Tech companies
Have at least 3 + year experience in a similar role
Hands-on experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
Understanding of sales performance metrics (KPIs)
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to sales
Nice to have:
Desirable to possess a degree or have proven success in a similar role (3 years + is preferred)
