As a member of Baxter’s sales team, aligned to the Pacific Northwest region in our Surgical Business unit, you'll promote our Surgical Portfolio focusing on surgical professionals such as surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff, ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work with a team of Sales Consultants in your region to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, handle customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting and promoting our Surgical Portfolio in your territory
Independently formulating and implementing selling strategies to sell products
Engaging with the install base and existing customers for incremental purchases
Ensuring clinical adoption across the product portfolio through product trialing, demonstrations, and in-servicing
Scheduling and completing customer sales calls quotas
Assisting with set up of product demonstrations
Supporting site visits, product fairs, and mock rooms
Requirements:
High school degree/GED required
Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years experience or at least 4+ years related experience
Inside or field sales role in the healthcare or similar industry preferred
Medical device experience preferred
Effective influencing skills
Outstanding communication, negotiation, organizational, problem solving, facilitation, and presentation skills
Flexible, autonomous, and the ability to collaborate with multiple team members
Must be willing/able to travel at least 75%
