We are looking for an electronics engineer to join our development team working on the integration of RF and Bluetooth solutions into our hearing aid chipset. Job Responsibility
Integrate ICs and key components into PCB solutions with strict size, performance, and RF constraints
Evaluate system performance and identify opportunities for optimization
Verify electrical performance against requirements, such as transmit power, receiver sensitivity, PSRR, signal integrity, and wireless link quality, and ensure compliance with relevant standards
Contribute to cost optimization and maintenance of in-market products
Document design and test work, including specifications and measurement reports, and support knowledge sharing
Support prototype builds, including defining electrical test specifications
Requirements
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering
Interest in developing skills across multiple areas
System-level understanding of electronics
Circuit design, system simulations, or EM simulations
Practical lab work, such as using oscilloscopes, power supplies, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers
Working in agile teams or an interest in learning agile ways of working
Structured documentation and working within quality processes
Writing scripts or test code, preferably in Python
Exploring how AI and LLMs can support engineering workflows
Nice to have
Experience with Bluetooth Low Energy
Knowledge of radio regulatory requirements
Interest in how AI and LLMs can support engineering workflows
