Job Responsibility:

  • support the revenue performance of a defined portfolio of Ruby Hotels, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • execute daily yield management actions and analyse hotel performance, market trends, and competitor activity to optimise pricing, occupancy, ADR, and total revenue
  • support the optimisation of various distribution channels and market segments to enhance brand awareness, visibility and production
  • create, maintain and continuously enhance commercial and revenue reporting as well as business intelligence tools
  • prepare and contribute to revenue strategy meetings with analysis and regular forecasting, including month-end reviews and forecast critiques
  • support the preparations of the yearly budget in collaboration with senior revenue team members
  • participate in training initiatives and continuous improvement of revenue management processes and tools

Requirements:

  • a strong hospitality background through hotel management training or studies, paired with three years of hands-on revenue or distribution experience
  • numbers-savvy mind with solid knowledge of core revenue KPIs (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR)
  • highly motivated self-starter with a proactive, reliable and quality-driven approach
  • structured and well-organised, able to keep overview even in a fast-paced environment
  • clear communicator and true team player with strong social skills and a positive attitude
  • excel confident with very good MS Office skills and a data -driven way of working
  • fluent in English, written and spoken
