Job Responsibility:

  • Master the key principles of pricing strategies and Revenue Management
  • Support the Director of Revenue Management by providing accurate market information, forecasts, and other revenue management strategies
  • Update daily revenues, participate in the daily operations meeting, and take on other Revenue Management tasks in the absence of the Director of Revenue Management
  • Monitor competitive pricing closely and understand the impact of relative pricing decisions on hotel performance
  • Conduct competitor analysis and report as needed
  • Support the DORM in the proper implementation of Revenue Management standards, policies, and procedures
  • Assist with group bookings, coordinating with other departments for special requests and requirements
  • Support the management of OTAs and direct booking channels to ensure rate parity and accurate promotional offers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in Revenue Management and pricing strategies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel and support the different hotels within the group

Nice to have:

  • Other languages are a plus
  • Experience with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, SynXis) is a plus
