Job Responsibility:
Master the key principles of pricing strategies and Revenue Management
Support the Director of Revenue Management by providing accurate market information, forecasts, and other revenue management strategies
Update daily revenues, participate in the daily operations meeting, and take on other Revenue Management tasks in the absence of the Director of Revenue Management
Monitor competitive pricing closely and understand the impact of relative pricing decisions on hotel performance
Conduct competitor analysis and report as needed
Support the DORM in the proper implementation of Revenue Management standards, policies, and procedures
Assist with group bookings, coordinating with other departments for special requests and requirements
Support the management of OTAs and direct booking channels to ensure rate parity and accurate promotional offers
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
Fluent in English and Spanish
Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in Revenue Management and pricing strategies
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data
Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to travel and support the different hotels within the group
Nice to have:
Other languages are a plus
Experience with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, SynXis) is a plus
