Job Responsibility

Support Retail Planning team in preparing and leading OTB reviews
Forecasting sales during Budget planning process
Monitor execution of the buy, providing collection recaps
Prepare long-term and short-term sales forecasts
Manage auto-replenishment skus and drive inventory optimization
Analyze business performance to identify opportunities and risks
Update and manage weekly and monthly reporting
Partner with Merchandise Managers for qualitative feedback
Lead and manage reorder proposals
Collaborate with Inventory Planning team to set min/max levels
Partner with IT team for data-accuracy
Partner with Finance to align OTB assumptions
Support ad-hoc requests

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
2-3 years of merchandise planning or related experience with direct open-to-buy experience strongly preferred
Advanced competency in retail math and Microsoft Excel
Experience with Power BI and IBM Planning Analytics Workspace a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and listening skills
Proactive mindset with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment

Nice to have

Experience with Power BI and IBM Planning Analytics Workspace
