Job Responsibility:

Learn how to become a specialist Life Sciences recruiter, from candidate sourcing to client relationship building
Be trained to understand the fast-moving biotech, pharma, and healthtech sectors
Place highly skilled professionals into roles that impact real-world outcomes — like the development of life-saving medicines and technologies
Work closely with clients and candidates, building trust and delivering value
Take full ownership of your success through structured, ongoing training and performance-based progression

Requirements:

Recent graduate in a STEM subject (2024 or 2025)
Experience working in a fast-paced, sales or target-driven environment – whether that’s retail, hospitality, telesales, or similar
A natural competitor with a winning mindset, whether from your sports background, academic achievements, or other competitive experiences
Ambitious, coachable, and ready to work hard
Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships and influencing outcomes
Passionate about science, people, and having a positive impact
Motivated by success, purpose, and performance-based rewards
