Job Description

We are looking for an Associate to join our team. You would work within the Commercial Real Estate team which encompasses complex and challenging work and gives an opportunity to work on some of the most innovative and exciting projects in the UK.

Job Responsibility

  • Working on commercial property matters including sales and acquisitions, secured lending work, development, investment and landlord and tenant work as well as corporate support work
  • Working as part of a wider team that has a depth and breadth of experience and expertise across most industry sectors, and in every area of Commercial Property law
  • Helping to build and grow the Commercial Property practice, which includes freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, portfolio management work, and landlord and tenant matters
  • Assisting on large commercial property and development deals whilst managing your own caseload

Requirements

  • Strong commercial real estate experience with 3-5 years + PQE
  • Experience of corporate support work
  • A desire to enhance and build client relationships and exceed expectations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A high degree of initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
  • The desire to be part of a team and ability to successfully collaborate, develop and supervise other team members
