A globally recognised, industry-leading Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their flagship London office. This is a career-defining opportunity to take ownership of landmark office, fit out, hospitality, and life science projects, while leading and mentoring your own team of graduates.

Job Responsibility:

Leading day-to-day project delivery across commercial office, high-end fit out, hospitality, and life sciences
Managing pre- and post-contract services, including cost planning, procurement, and contract administration
Building strong client relationships and driving repeat business
Providing leadership, mentorship, and structured training for graduate and assistant surveyors
Playing a key role in business growth

Requirements:

RICS-accredited degree (Quantity Surveying or equivalent)
MRICS
Strong consultancy background with proven experience on office, fit out, hospitality, or life science projects
Demonstrable ability to manage projects independently and lead client-facing delivery
A natural leader, capable of mentoring junior colleagues and adding value to the team
