This is a career-defining opportunity to take ownership of landmark office, fit out, hospitality, and life science projects, while leading and mentoring your own team of graduates.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading day-to-day project delivery across commercial office, high-end fit out, hospitality, and life sciences
  • Managing pre- and post-contract services, including cost planning, procurement, and contract administration
  • Building strong client relationships and driving repeat business
  • Providing leadership, mentorship, and structured training for graduate and assistant surveyors
  • Playing a key role in business growth

Requirements:

  • RICS-accredited degree (Quantity Surveying or equivalent)
  • MRICS
  • Strong consultancy background with proven experience on office, fit out, hospitality, or life science projects
  • Demonstrable ability to manage projects independently and lead client-facing delivery
  • A natural leader, capable of mentoring junior colleagues and adding value to the team
