Job Description:

A respected and growing consultancy is seeking a confident Associate Quantity Surveyor to help lead its expanding Leicester office. This is an outstanding opportunity to take charge of major projects, mentor a thriving team, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a diverse portfolio across commercial, healthcare, education, life sciences, heritage, leisure, and residential sectors
Work closely with senior leadership to drive business development, strengthen client relationships, and help define strategic direction

Requirements:

MRICS is preferred
Confident and client-facing
Experience delivering projects autonomously to completion
Pre & post contract experience
Varied sector / project experience
Employers’ Agent & Contract Admin experience is a bonus
