Job Description:

Associate Quantity Surveyor role leading major commercial projects with a global multi-disciplinary real estate and construction consultancy. Opportunity to fast-track route to Partnership while managing landmark projects including office fit-outs, CAT A/B refurbishments, mixed-use developments, industrial sheds, logistics hubs, and retail/hospitality rollouts.

Job Responsibility:

Lead landmark Commercial projects across London and South East
Work closely with Head of Cost Management
Run own projects
Manage key client relationships
Mentor junior team members

Requirements:

MRICS or working towards
Proven Quantity Surveying experience with a UK consultancy
Strong pre- and post-contract skills with ability to manage projects independently
Successful track record of delivering Commercial projects from start to finish
Confidence to lead a small team, mentor junior colleagues, and drive team growth
Ambition to step into leadership role and progress to Partner level
