Job Description:

A forward-thinking, independent Property & Construction Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving London office. With over 80 professionals, a high-performing graduate pipeline, and a growing portfolio of high-value Residential and Hotel schemes (£40m-£150m), this is a standout opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with real influence and visibility.

Job Responsibility:

Take full ownership of major projects from day one
Deliver in both a Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent capacity
Hands-on project leadership and team management
Mentor junior talent
Work on residential-led developments and luxury hotel schemes
Drive projects through the full lifecycle

Requirements:

Previous Quantity Surveying Experience within a UK Consultancy firm
A successful track record delivering projects from inception to completion
A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification / MRICS ideally
Excellent pre and post contract experience
Previous experience with team management & project delivery
