Job Description:

A dynamic and fast-growing property and construction consultancy in Central London is seeking an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their senior leadership team, lead major commissions, and support business growth. The successful candidate will manage projects across multiple sectors, build client relationships, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the firm's development. This role offers a clear path to director level with flexible working arrangements and extensive benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Lead a wide portfolio of projects across multiple sectors, including commercial offices, education & healthcare, high-end residential & student living, industrial sheds, retail, hotels & leisure
Full project delivery, from pre-contract through to final account
Manage client relationships, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development

Requirements:

A degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
Significant Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy environment
Excellent Pre & post contract experience
MRICS is a must
Ambitious, proactive & client facing
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion, managing small teams alongside business development
