Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage full QS duties across multiple high-profile projects
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent delivery
Oversee and review cost plans, procurement, and contract administration
Guide and mentor junior surveyors, supporting their APC journey
Monitor financial performance, reporting, and project forecasting
Support business development efforts and contribute to team leadership
Requirements:
6+ years’ experience in a UK consultancy environment
MRICS qualified (or equivalent experience)
Proven leadership on multiple fit-out and/or hospitality-led schemes
Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
Ability to manage and grow client relationships
Strong pre- and post-contract experience with JCT forms
