Job Description:

A prestigious, industry-leading property and construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to power the growth of their thriving London team. This is a prime opportunity to lead delivery on iconic UK projects, mentor talent, and drive business development in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

Drive the delivery of iconic UK projects
Build and manage key client relationships
Mentor the next generation of talent
Lead business development and secure new opportunities
Influence the strategic direction of the consultancy

Requirements:

MRICS or actively working towards
Strong pre & post contract experience
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion and managing QSs
Varied sector experience is beneficial
Consultancy background within the UK is essential
Driven, commercially savvy, and client-centric approach
